The show traditionally welcomed representatives of the shipbuilding industry in two exhibition areas: "Le Vieux Port" - reserved for motor yachts, and "Le Port Canto", which brought together the industry of sailing, brokerage, water toys, as well as a new area dedicated to innovation.

The Cannes Yachting Festival brings together yacht owners to relax and compare models of all shipyards at once, and engineers of the yachting industry to evaluate technological solutions. Every year the boat show becomes the culmination of the yachting season, it sets the tone for the development of the industry for the coming season.

This year, Azimut Yachts sent a fleet of 16 hulls to France, including three new vessels: Grande 30M, Grande 26M EVO, Grande 38M Trideck EVO. The traditional model range is to be represented by FLY 53, FLY 62, FLY 78, Seadeck 6, Seadeck 7, Seadeck 9, Magellano 27M, Magellano 30 Metri, Magellano 60 Metri, Magellano 66 Metri, and Grande 36M, Grande Trideck, Grande 44M

We transformed NOMA Island into Azimut Island, welcoming the local yachting community for an exclusive floating marina showcase. The highlight of the evening was the Maltese debut of the striking Grande 26M EVO and the all-new Fly 82, joined by an exceptional lineup including the Fly 78, Atlantis 51, Grande 26M and Fly 62.

From elegant yachts to live entertainment and a vibrant atmosphere that carried into the night, the event celebrated everything that makes the Azimut brand synonymous with contemporary yachting.

The Charter Club Cup 2026 brought together sport, style, and seafaring spirit in an unforgettable celebration of community and competition. Organised by Azimut Charter Club Malta and supported by partners Porsche & IK Padel this unique event was a true showcase of camaraderie, performance, and prestige.

📍 Team Draw at SA/MI/ZU – Wednesday 23RD APRIL

The week began in style with the official team draw at SA/MI/ZU, where all registered participants were invited to witness the live draw by lot. It was an exciting evening of anticipation, networking, and pre-tournament buzz, set against the sophisticated backdrop of the Marina di Valletta. Porsche showcased their Macan model during the event.

🎾 Tournament at IK Padel Pembroke – 25TH APRIL

The competitive action unfolded at IK Padel Pembroke, where teams battled it out on the courts. Courtside, Porsche showcased a Carrera GTS 911 and a Macan and a 66H.

🏆 Awards Night at SA/MI/ZU– Friday 7th MAY

The celebration culminated in an elegant Awards Night at SA/MI/ZU, where players and guests came together to honour this year’s champions.

At this year’s Malta Boat Show, we presented an impressive collection of seven luxurious yachts across four distinct series, each embodying Azimut's renowned craftsmanship and innovation.

Grand Series
The epitome of visionary design, Azimut’s Grand Series reimagines life aboard with Italian creativity and elegance. On display were the Grande 26M and Grande 32M, offering an unparalleled luxury experience on the water.

FLY Series
For those seeking elevated living spaces, the FLY Series provides panoramic views and a sense of being on top of the world. We showcased the FLY 53, FLY 68, and FLY 78, each model delivering exceptional performance and refined comfort.

Seadeck Series
Embracing the future of sustainable yachting, the Seadeck Series marks the arrival of a new hybrid era. We were proud to present the Seadeck 6, which made its second appearance in Malta and its debut at the Malta Boat Show.

S Series
For thrill-seekers and performance enthusiasts, the S Series offers cutting-edge speed and power. We featured the dynamic S8, a true masterpiece of sportiness and performance.

We brought to life the iconic Azimut architectural philosophy, designed by AMDL Circle and Michele De Lucchi, to life at the Malta Boat SHow, capturing the essence of Azimut’s distinctive style showcased at boat shows worldwide.

On Friday evening, we hosted a vibrant cocktail party, Bollicine di Sera, at our stand. Guests enjoyed an unforgettable evening, celebrating the allure of Azimut in true Italian style.

We’re proud to have shared this exceptional lineup with yacht enthusiasts and visitors at the Malta Boat Show, reinforcing Azimut’s position as a global leader in luxury yachting, as well as our own as a leader on the island.

The Azimut Rendez-Vous event was a grand maritime celebration, marking the end of a remarkable season for enthusiasts and yachts alike. Departing from Marina di Valletta, a fleet of Azimut yachts embarked on a captivating journey, setting their course for the idyllic Mgarr ix-Xini in Gozo. It was a day brimming with adventure, where the gentle embrace of the sea met the joyful spirits of those aboard. The event served as a fitting finale to a season filled with nautical adventures, a testament to the enduring allure of the open waters.

Azimut 50th Anniversary

This year commemorates the fiftieth anniversary of Azimut Yachts, and to celebrate in style, the company has put together a glittering calendar of international events unfolding over the next 12 months. Dubai, New York, Cannes, and Hong Kong will all be involved, with a grand finale at the Azimut Headquarters in December. 

 Not just one, but five events have been planned by the Azimut | Benetti Group for 2019; with the number of events representing each of the decades that Azimut Yachts has been in service, after its founding in 1969 by Paolo Vitelli. 

“This choice,” explained Giovanna Vitelli, A|B Group Vice-President, “was prompted by the desire to enhance the international attitude of the company as much as possible. It’s the perfect occasion to celebrate in iconic locations, all of which are significant to the nautical market too.”  

 The celebrations begin in Dubai, where on the 22nd and 23rd of Dubai, the Bulgari Hotel Marina and Yacht Club will host up to 250 guests for two days of visits aboard Azimut Yachts’ newest models, as well as an exclusive evening full of major surprises. 

 In May, the celebration took place in  New York, the worldwide metropolitan capital of all things avant-garde, and an inexhaustible source of inspiration and emotion. It’s here that Azimut Yachts upheld its dedication to design and innovation, with a venture sure to leave its impression on not only the yachting community, but the general public too. This memorable occasion marked the introduction of a new creative goal, the like of which the brand has become renowned for.  

 In September, Azimut arrives in Cannes, where the first boat show of the season is to be held, and which will serve as the backdrop to yet another celebratory event; this time with a focus on new models and the seductive allure of the Côte d’Azur. This dazzling event will attract a mélange of guests from all over the world.  

Further afield, there will be a dedicated event for Azimut Yachts enthusiasts in the Far East: in November, Hong Kong will play host to the fourth international event. 

 In December, to close this historic year, captivating Avigliana will be the centre stage for a remarkable evening. The town that Azimut calls home is an enticing destination in itself – here, where the stunning profile of the Piedmontese mountains meets the surprising heart of a cutting-edge shipyard, the Group will invite its closest friends, its longest standing clients, and the business community which has been there to see the Group’s founding, growth, and the success of this extraordinary endeavour.
