Niki Travers Tauss
Managing Director
With a background in Marketing and New Media, Niki has a passion for yachts which together with the already existing family interests in boating translated into the founding of Esprit Yachting in 2006. The company has since represented the world-leading yacht manufacturers – Azimut|Benetti Group and Williams Performance Tenders.
Today Niki is the Managing Director of Esprit Yachting and runs a fully-fledged yacht support company offering Yacht Sales, Management, Charter and Maltese Flag yacht ownership structures. More recently Niki has been project lead for the Marina di Valletta - a state of the art, 250+ berth yacht marina which started operating at the start of the 2017 season.
Niki is an external consultant for product development at Azimut Yachts and a Board member of the Yachting Services section at the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Matthew Travers Tauss
Finance & Administration
Matthew is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the company and is key to the management and finance operation of both Esprit Yachting and Strand Marine.
Matthew is also a keen yacht enthusiast.

Adrian Mingo

Having worked at a senior level as Chief Officer and more recently as a Company Director also holding roles as an Engineer and Marine Technician, Adrian joined the team to bring with him 16 years of professional marine experience and a passion for all things nautical!

Chris Bugeja

Christopher is presently working as Service Manager and has over thirty five years of experience in the Maritime industry having worked both on pleasure boats and commercial vessels. Christopher has also built a wealth of experience in Maritime Management.

Charlotte Baker
Marketing EXECUTIVE
Charlotte has been working in the marketing industry for the past five years within various sectors. Her role as Marketing Executive entrusts her to oversee the companies digital marketing strategies, including its social media platforms and websites as well as managing the organisation and execution of company wide events.
